Hey All-y'all, Just wanted to post this advertisement for the Salisbury BBQ Festival to be held on Saturday, May 15th in Spencer, NC. This will be the first competition for me to judge! I haven't taken the time yet to post my experience at the Kansas City Barbeque Society "Certified Barbeque Judge" training that I completed a week ago, as I've been kinda busy, but I'll get it posted soon.
